How we sell your property

Initially, we provide you with a free comprehensive evaluation of your property and a market appraisal, without obligation. We recommend how we can achieve the best possible price for your property, in a timescale that suits you. We can discuss any alterations that can be made to increase the value.

Your agent will develop a specific marketing plan for your property and keep you regularly updated on progress. Your property will have the advantage of being displayed on Spain’s MLS (Multi-Listing-System), this innovative system allows all Agencies, who are members of the Spanish Association of Realtors (AEGI), to view your property details. This allows us to match your property to the vast database of potential buyers.

Additionally, we work together with other local agencies (ACEGI members) to promote your property. We also provide them with the property details, so we never miss an opportunity to achieve a sale!

Here at Idolo, your agent will assess the eligibility of all potential viewers, to avoid time wasters. They are then required to provide their details and valid photo identification, in order to view your home.

Once we have negotiated the best price for your property, all offers are forwarded to you in writing, and a reservation deposit is taken from the purchaser.

When the sale is agreed, we prepare the sales agreement, the notary appointment, and all essential documentation to complete the transaction successfully.
